How do you verify vendors?
Vendors upload insurance certificates, licenses and certifications when they apply. AI reads each document and flags issues, and a reviewer approves the vendor before they can be matched or invited. We keep watching expiry dates after that.
Can we bring our existing vendors?
Yes. Invite the vendors you already work with to join Avendr. They go through the same verification, and you can use them alongside new vendors from the network.
Does AI make decisions for us?
No. AI drafts scopes, ranks matches and answers questions. Awards, approvals and payments always need a person, and every action is logged.
